We NEVER really know!

We all wonder how our lives are going to turn out, never fully realizing that we are in control of it all. We truly can become whatever we want and have whatever we want. But do we truly know what we really want? Figuring out many ways to live our lives can make for a tangled mess if we keep forgetting who we are and what we truly want. Bending to the demands of others and never really knowing what lies underneath it all. Many of us pretend we have things under control and make believe that we can cope with our situation but do we really understand what is going on around us? Ever feel the sun on a bright summer day and feel as if you could live in that moment forever? I think we try to create moments like that in life just to feel something real and sometimes we forget what we are striving for. That feeling, the one that makes us understand what we are doing and what our life is for. To feel in control and know all that any “issues” you might have a mere illusions compared to the compete bliss you feel inside. My husband comes to me oozing in his delight of watching the football games on two rigged up TV’s. I guess when you find that feeling you go with it. It is a beautiful fall day out and I have that “summer feeling” in my bones. It feels good to look out and see the sun. My three year old daughter talks me into putting on a pair of headphones we bought at the store this morning as my husband yells to me from the other room asking about TV cables. Life can be funny sometimes and create its own moments and feelings. Christmas is around the corner (well it feels like it) and I can’t wait to start the holidays. I think this year will be great as long as we can keep our heads above water and really feel the joy. My daughter has a keen ear for music and my husband notices that she is singing the song I am listening to only she is singing the original versions as she can hear it in the background. She has a remarkable ear and I always imagine her doing something great. “Maybe she is going to be a famous song writer “I remark to my husband as he comes into the bedroom to get the other TV for his “project”. Yeah, Life is funny like that.
